Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

On the morning of my aunt’s service, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with everything happening and realized I needed flowers in a hurry. I called Flowers By Manny that morning, and they were incredibly understanding and helpful. To my relief, the order was delivered on time, and the arrangement was absolutely stunning and it exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and quality of service were exceptional, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I can’t thank the Flowers By Manny team enough for their phenomenal service during such a difficult time. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.
